Conrad Grey is the latest – and also the youngest – recruit to the A+A team.
Following A-Level success, Conrad is focussed on a professional career in commercial property. He joined Andrew + Ashwell in September 2023 to assist the work of the team and to gain experience with agency and property management.
He has begun studying a Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (Real Estate) on a part-time basis at Nottingham Trent University, which he will complete alongside his work experience. This is part of the Government Apprenticeship Scheme and a first participation for A+A.
The scheme follows a similar career pathway taken by senior colleagues Malcolm Grayson and Mike Allwood in the increasingly (for them) dim and distant past, so Conrad can be sure he will receive assured and able mentoring!
