Experience
Tony has worked as a commercial surveyor based in Leicestershire since 1997, where he has mainly been involved with agency, professional and valuations work across industrial, retail and office sectors.
His previous employers include MMS Property Services, where he mainly carried out investment appraisal and valuation work on a nationwide basis for a Plc property company. He then spent 12 years at Spencers Druce Naylor Parkes dealing with agency, valuation and professional instructions.
Tony joined Andrew + Ashwell in 2012, and predominantly carries out the formal valuation instruction work for the firm. He also provides additional management and professional work capacity within A+A, as required.
He has been a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1999 and is a RICs qualified Registered Valuer, approved to carry out formal Red Book Valuation work.
Interests
Leisure time for Tony is happily spent seeking out rare classic and vintage cars and tractors and attending vintage and country rallies, as well as hunting for antiques and collectibles.
