Experience
Kelvin is a Director and key member of the expanding Andrew + Ashwell agency team. He joined A&A at the graduate level and has worked his way through the ranks.
After graduation with a RICS accredited BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Northumbria University in 2013, joined A+A in October 2014. He continued to progress within the firm, achieving Professional Competence (APC)t in 2018, to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor and is an Associate Director of A +A.
Kelvin deals with management and professional aspects of the business, although his primary role is centred around agency work for existing and prospective clients. He heads up the growing agency team alongside Mike Allwood.
Interests
Kelvin supports Leicester City FC and after a history of playing football, swapped his football boots for triathlon in 2020. Having run several local running races for Huncote Harriers and completed a number of sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, Kelvin completed Ironman Frankfurt in 2023, and has the tattoo to prove it!
Since his Ironman and the arrival of his first child in 2023, he has now swapped his long Sunday training sessions for late night feeds. Any remaining time is spent doing DIY, having recently moved to a renovation home.
